Job summary

A leading retail company in the UK is seeking an Employee Relations & Engagement Specialist to provide expert guidance on employee relations and engagement strategies. This field-based role involves supporting policies and training initiatives, managing tribunal claims, and working cross-functionally to enhance compliance and HR effectiveness. Candidates should have strong experience in employment relations, tribunal case management, and the ability to influence stakeholders. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high standard ER advice and guidance.
  • Collaborate with teams for Wellbeing and D&I initiatives.
  • Assess policies to ensure legal compliance.
  • Participate proactively in project work.
  • Deliver ER training sessions as needed.
  • Support escalated ER issues across the estate.
