A local support organization in Pembrokeshire is seeking a friendly and supportive Personal Assistant to help a Direct Payments client engage with their community. This part-time role requires 3 hours of work per week with a pay rate of £12.60 per hour. Key responsibilities include providing companionship, ensuring the client's safety, and facilitating social interactions. Ideal candidates should possess a caring nature, good local knowledge, and a full driving licence with business insurance. Training is provided if needed, along with holiday and sick pay.

A Direct Payments client in Pembrokeshire is looking to employ a Personal Assistant to support them to access the community. This post is funded through the Direct Payments scheme, which aims to enable the client to manage their support and meet their care needs independently. The successful applicant should be friendly and supportive and be able to work flexibly to meet the care needs of the client. They should be able to support the client to make their own decisions around their care needs and encourage them to maintain their independence.
The main duties to be included in this role are:
A full, clean driving licence and use of a car is required. You must have business use on your vehicle insurance to be able to use the vehicle within work hours.
