We are looking for an Area Leader to work in our Butchery Department on day shift, working Monday to Friday. You will be responsible for a team producing high quality product to the required standards.

Job requirements of Butchery Area Leader

• Experience within a food manufacturing environment.
• Butchery experience idea, however not essential
• Self-motivated and able to motivate other members of the team;
• Troubleshooting – identify any issues ahead of them arising and take appropriate action
• Driven to achieve the production efficiency targets;
• Maintain high production quality and safety standards.

What you will need

• Confidence and experience working within a fast paced food manufacturing environment;
• Excellent communication skills and a good level of written and verbal English.
• Level 2 food hygiene/safety certification
