A leading legal service provider in the UK is looking for a Motability Personal Injury Claims Handler based at their Leeds office. This position offers a 12-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working options. Candidates should have experience in handling Fast Track RTA claims and possess strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients. Customers can access our legal Advice‑line team and our growing list of services includes personal injury, employment, property, inheritance, and contract litigation. We also support our parent group, litigating on their behalf.>
A fantastic opportunity has become available within DLG Legal Services, as a Motability Personal Injury Claims Handler. The role is offered on a 12 Months Fixed Terms Contract basis and will be based at our Leeds office (smart hybrid working).
Reporting to your Team Leader, you will be joining our dedicated Motability RTA team dealing with a mixed caseload of OIC, MOJ, complex, Fast Track claims along with Part 8 Litigated cases. You will have the ability to develop your existing experience to litigate on post‑whiplash reform cases where quantum and liability are disputed. You will sympathise with the needs of your clients to ensure a high‑quality service is provided and accurate legal advice is given in accordance with our policies and procedures.
You will work to achieve personal and department‑wide targets whilst adhering to our service level agreements.
We expect you to demonstrate a highly professional manner which reflects the brand's image and customer ethos of DLG LS department and its values.
You will support the strategic development of the department and firm by developing high standards and growing the client's positive experience through continuous improvement initiatives.
Home Working: Hybrid model (2 days from the office, 3 days from home)
Working hours: 35 hour per week (Monday – Friday)
