The Business Operations Manager owns the day-to-day business, people, and office operations that ensure the smooth running of the business. Reporting to the VP Finance & Business Operations, the role exists to support the Executive Committee by ensuring the business continues to run smoothly, predictably, and professionally as it scales.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership, with real trust and visibility, taking responsibility for areas that currently sit across the leadership team and ensuring they are handled with care, consistency, and proper completion.
The business is already operating effectively and delivering to customers, but our continued success depends on practical judgement, momentum, and continuous improvement as we scale operations.
