A community-focused housing organization in Stockport is seeking a Customer Service Officer (Reception) to provide a warm and supportive welcome to visitors. This role is crucial in managing inquiries related to homelessness, tenancy issues, and more. Candidates should have a passion for outstanding customer service, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. As a Customer Service Officer (Reception), you’ll be the first point of contact for anyone visiting Cornerstone, from customers seeking support with homelessness, tenancy queries or rent arrears, to those simply needing guidance or signposting to the right place.
You’ll play a vital role in creating a positive and reassuring experience for every visitor. Your day will be varied, rewarding, and people-focused.
You’ll be the person who sets the tone: warm, attentive, and always professional.
