Qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience within construction or property maintenance.
  • Confidence working with trackers, schedules and programme data.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without loss of accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to contract and site management teams.
  • Coordinating and tracking planned works activity across the programme.
  • Maintaining accurate contract trackers, records and documentation.
