At RLTS, we work alongside letting agents to help find the right tenants for rental properties across the UK. Our team plays a key role in ensuring tenants are the right fit by gathering references, assessing financial suitability, and making informed recommendations. What you’ll be doing

• Managing tenant applications from start to finish, ensuring everything is processed quickly and accurately.
• Making and receiving calls daily to gather information from tenants, landlords, and employers.
• Chasing references by email and phone, ensuring applications stay on track.
• Assessing documents and references to ensure tenants meet financial and suitability criteria.
• Guiding tenants through the referencing process and helping them provide the right information.
• Compiling final reports and making recommendations to letting agents.
• Hitting targets for turnaround times and completed reports.
