Rightmove Landlord and Tenant Services (RLTS) is expanding, and we’re on the lookout for energetic and detail-driven people to join our dynamic referencing team from 9th March 2026.

At RLTS, we work alongside letting agents to help find the right tenants for rental properties across the UK. Our team plays a key role in ensuring tenants are the right fit by gathering references, assessing financial suitability, and making informed recommendations. We’re growing, and that means plenty of opportunity for you to grow too!

What you’ll be doing
  • Managing tenant applications from start to finish, ensuring everything is processed quickly and accurately.
  • Making and receiving calls daily to gather information from tenants, landlords, and employers.
  • Chasing references by email and phone, ensuring applications stay on track.
  • Assessing documents and references to ensure tenants meet financial and suitability criteria.
  • Guiding tenants through the referencing process and helping them provide the right information.
  • Compiling final reports and making recommendations to letting agents.
  • Hitting targets for turnaround times and completed reports.
