A global orthopaedic innovation company in Chesterton seeks a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment, focusing on candidate experience. This full-time role offers a hybrid working model where employees can work from home and onsite at the headquarters. Ideal candidates will have significant recruitment experience, particularly with high-volume processes, and possess excellent communication skills. Due to an exciting period of growth, we are looking to expand our internal recruitment team, and hire a Recruitment Specialist to join us on a full-time permanent basis! This role will predominantly support with volume hiring campaigns across manufacturing and warehouse and logistics, but will also support in other areas depending on business needs at that time. You will collaborate with the hiring managers to understand the resourcing requirements and then execute a recruitment plan to meet these demands whilst ensuring that candidate experience is maintained throughout the entire process. This role will be heavily candidate-focused, where you will be required to develop effective talent pools and manage suitable candidates through from application to offer as required.
This role does offer a hybrid working model (after training and probation) where you would be able to work 3 days onsite at our global headquarters in Cirencester, and 2 days from home.
