Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a multi-site HR/People role, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
  • Confident in managing change and recruitment processes.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with high integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Senior People Business Partner to deliver strategic people initiatives.
  • Lead on organizational change activities including TUPE and restructures.
  • Drive recruitment efforts in collaboration with the Recruitment team.
