Job summary

A major mental health charity in the Midlands is seeking a People Partner to drive effective people practices. This role requires advising on employee relations, supporting engagement and wellbeing, and enhancing the employee experience across the region. The ideal candidate will have generalist HR experience and a people-centred approach.
