A leading maintenance services provider in Croydon is seeking a Planner - Administrator. In this full-time, permanent role, you will handle administrative duties, work-in-progress management, and liaise with subcontractors to ensure effective service delivery. Responsibilities

  • Answering client & internal calls and emails.
  • Planning work for the sub-contractors.
  • Administration of compliance checks and visits.
  • Housekeeping of internal MCM system.
  • General administration duties.
  • Updating the Disrepair & Void tracker.
  • Approving Notice of Completions.
  • Issuing Payer notices.
  • Raising/issuing Variation requests.
  • Attending weekly meetings.
  • Mandatory training and compliance.

Skills

Previous Experience in Social housing
Experience in voids or disrepairs
Experience in a Planning role
Experience in Building Maintenance
Good Written and Verbal communication skills
It Literate
Good Customer Care skills
