A domiciliary care provider in Seaton is seeking a Quality Assurance Lead to join their management team. The role involves overseeing care quality, conducting audits, addressing complaints, and ensuring compliance with CQC standards. Candidates should have experience in domiciliary care and a good understanding of quality assurance processes. This position offers a competitive salary starting at £15 per hour after a successful probation period, along with a supportive working environment.

Location: Seaton, Devon, EX12 2LE
Hours: Full-time - 37.5hrs/week You shall also be required to participate in the out of hours on-call rota. You will receive a payment of £183.00 for each week during which you are on call, which will be no more than 15 hours each week.
Salary: £14 per hour, increasing to £15 per hour on successful completion of probationary period

We are now looking for a Quality Assurance Lead to join our small, dedicated management team and help us continue to develop and maintain safe, effective, and outstanding care.
As Quality Assurance Lead, you will play a key role in overseeing and strengthening quality across the service. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure care delivery meets regulatory requirements, company policies, and best practice — while remaining practical and supportive for the team.
This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys detail, investigation, and improving systems, but who also understands the realities of domiciliary care.
We are looking for someone who:
A relevant qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3/4/5 in Health & Social Care) is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
