Commanding Collaboration: Serving as the central hub, you’ll unite a diverse network of suppliers – including advanced AV teams, intricate build partners, and critical logistics – alongside internal DO & CO teams.

Executing Under Pressure: On-site, you’ll be the decisive leader, adept at navigating real-time changes, resolving technical hurdles, and fulfilling client needs with precision during live events.

Forging Alliances: Collaborating intensely with F1 operations, creative teams, and project stakeholders to construct cohesive, impactful event narratives.

Innovating for Excellence: Continuously enhancing processes, streamlining operational flows, and optimizing inventory to elevate every future project.

Qualifications

We’re searching for an exceptional individual with:

A solid track record in event production, project coordination, or experiential delivery, ideally within the demanding worlds of sports, luxury hospitality, or large-scale live productions.

A sharp grasp of spatial planning, temporary structures, and the complex mechanics of event builds.

The essential capability to manage tight timelines, diverse suppliers, and concurrent workstreams with unwavering focus.

Crystal-clear communication skills, crucial for navigating high-pressure situations.

Fluent English is non-negotiable (additional languages are a distinct advantage!).

A genuine readiness for extensive international travel.

While AutoCAD is beneficial, your organizational prowess and solution-oriented mindset are paramount.

If you’re a proactive, hands-on, and highly adaptable professional, driven by a passion for delivering world-class events and ready to make a significant impact on the international stage, then prepare for an exhilarating career journey!
