Job summary

A leading food and beverage company is looking for a Customer Business Manager (CBM) in Reading, UK to manage external customer relationships and own the full Quaker P&L for major UK retailers. Responsibilities include building strategic Joint Business Plans, managing volume forecasting, and executing marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, account management experience, and the ability to drive sustainable growth. This role presents an opportunity to be part of a dynamic business unit with exciting plans ahead.

Qualifications

  • Experience in managing complex customer P&Ls.

  • Ability to build strong internal relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage external customer relationships with key trading contacts.
  • Own the full Quaker P&L for major UK retailers.
  • Build strategic Joint Business Plans and Account Plans.
  • Develop and deliver execution for Marketing campaigns.
  • Manage accurate volume forecasting and demand planning.
