Sales Support Executive

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive in our Sales Support Team. As a Sales Support Executive, you will deliver exceptional service and partner with Sales Account Managers to guide borrowers through their Funding Circle journey, ensuring a swift and seamless payout experience. You will become an expert.

The role

• Coordinating with customers to obtain payout documentation needed to progress their application through the Funding Circle
• Liaise with internal teams to facilitate the application through the funnel
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure an excellent customer service is provided to the customer
• Build excellent individual relationships with internal teams to become an expert in our internal processes
• Maintain our own internal CRM and provide reporting to the team as required
• Proactively problem solving, identifying and confidently mitigating any risks, issues or control weaknesses that arise in your day‑to‑day

What we’re looking for

• Experienced working in a Sales Support or operations capacity; ideally within Lending
• Flexible and prepared to try something different and adapt to change quickly
• Highly organized and able to organize your day and week to maximise your efficiency
• Competitive and results-oriented with a desire to work hard and deliver a high volume of work with high attention to detail
• Able to build and maintain long lasting business relationships
