Customer Operations Executive role within the Operations team, part of our Customer Operations group. You will be the face of Funding Circle, working to ensure small businesses have an excellent experience when obtaining funding.

The role
In the Customer Operations team you will assist and help small business owners with queries about funding. You will provide customer support to borrowers, helping them understand what Funding Circle can offer for their growth and expansion needs, while delivering top-quality service to existing customers and assisting them with their needs.
As a Customer Operations Executive supporting the Sales and Operations Channels, you will help deliver customer value that drives customer satisfaction. You will handle initial enquiries via email or telephone and support excellent customer service across a variety of responsibilities:
