Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6 Finance Assistants in a hybrid working environment.
• Coordinate workloads, planning schedules, and foster team wellbeing.
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Ensure queries are resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Act as the primary escalation point for issue resolution.
