It was over 30 years ago when we were a small maintenance contractor with a single van; and it still is now we are a truly national company”.**About the Role**You’ll play a key role in ensuring void properties are electrically safe, compliant, and ready for new residents. The role focuses primarily on electrical works within empty homes, including EICR testing, repairs, upgrades, and preparing properties for re‑let. You’ll also support with essential repair works where required, helping ensure each property meets the highest standards before occupation.With a strong pipeline of void refurbishments and continued growth in the area, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a team making a real impact in the community. We’re looking for someone proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering high‑quality electrical work.
