Our eCommerce team is looking for a Trading Manager to help drive UK growth for Womenswear. Based at our Leicestershire Head Office, you will oversee the Search & Findability journey, ensuring our customers find exactly what they need on NEXT.co.uk.
The UK Trading team is the energy behind our online sales across all departments. We focus on optimising product launches and strategic promotions to ensure our brand continues to evolve and reach over 8 million customers worldwide.
As an eCommerce Trading Manager, you will influence the future of how customers discover our products. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact by driving innovation in search and navigation.
Working closely with the Womenswear product team, you will lead strategies for SEO, attribution and sort orders. You will use data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities, providing weekly updates that help us react to trends and improve the sales funnel.
You’ll be doing all this from our Leicestershire Head Office. Our offices are inspiring, yes. But we understand that life happens. So, we’re big on making sure your work, works for you which is why we offer flexible working - minimum 3 days in the office per week and 2 from home.
