  • Technical depth to build solutions and make quality judgements.
  • Comfort being the primary technical face to customer executives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer discovery sessions to decompose business processes into technical requirements.
  • Build skill packs, workflows, and platform extensions using AI tools.
  • Quality assure all deliverables before customer handover.
  • Create adoption playbooks for customer training.
