Qualifications

• Valid SACT passport required for the role.
• Experience in oncology or haematology nursing is necessary.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver chemotherapy and supportive cancer treatments to patients in their own homes.
• Complete bloods, toxicity assessments, and ongoing patient monitoring.
• Administer IV and oral chemotherapy, manage pump disconnections, and provide line care.
• Deliver IM and SC injections in line with clinical protocols and safety standards.
