Qualifications

  • Experience of acting as a Point of Contact and ownership of customer issues for service-related questions.
  • Can demonstrate opening questioning, faulting finding, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in a multi-site environment (desirable).

Responsibilities

  • Receive and log incidents and requests using the Service Desk software.
  • Diagnose IT issues and apply a 1st time fix or escalate to a resolver team.
  • Ensure queues are managed in line with the expectations of the business.

Experience in working in an IT Service Desk environment
