About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional for the mid‑to‑enterprise market. You will process inbound leads, generate outbound pipeline with your BDR partner, research prospects, identify upsell opportunities, and craft outreach strategies. As a champion problem‑solver, you’ll understand clients’ business objectives and present custom creative solutions. AEs are accountable for exceeding quotas, forecasting accuracy, and closing in collaboration with internal teams and partners.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive company revenue and customer success by meeting assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand organizational structure, decision makers, procurement, IT systems, and workflow.
  • Uncover customer needs and match them with ROLLER solutions.
  • Articulate the value and benefits of ROLLER solutions to all levels within customer organizations.
  • Build custom sales presentations and demos using marketing decks or materials, and present via phone, webinar, or in‑person.
  • Qualify, build, and manage a sales pipeline through lead development and proactive outbound prospecting.
  • Draft proposals, negotiate pricing, and manage client concessions.
  • Serve as the primary contact for aligning internal ROLLER teams and resources with key stakeholders.
  • Develop short, mid, and long‑term strategic plans to ensure success in your territory.
  • Forecast monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue achievement.
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing/Sales, Business, or related fields.
  • Based in London and open to a hybrid working environment.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • 5–7 years of experience closing SaaS sales (highly desirable).
  • Proven track record in defining and achieving growth metrics, with strong communication, interpersonal, and prospecting skills.
  • Problem‑solving mindset with business aptitude for selling and building lasting relationships.
  • Technologically savvy, able to learn and demonstrate new technology quickly.
