Job summary

A leading consulting firm in the UK is seeking a Senior EPM Cloud Functional Support Consultant to provide end-to-end support for Oracle EPM solutions. This role offers the opportunity to own complex EPM environments and work on critical initiatives for international clients. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Oracle EPM, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive approach to enhancements. Hybrid working model with travel to base office may be required.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience working with Oracle EPM solutions.
• Proven expertise with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, FDMEE.
• Experience in 24×5 Managed Services support models.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end production support for Oracle EPM solutions.
• Diagnose complex issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage incidents and service requests in line with defined SLAs.
