A leading UK engineering company is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth across the UK and Europe. The role involves developing strategic relationships, securing long-term partnerships, and managing negotiations to win contracts. Candidates should have proven experience in business development within regulated industries, strong account management skills, and the ability to understand complex technical requirements. The position requires flexibility for travel and collaboration with various teams.
Location: Remote working with regular travel to Littlehampton, West Sussex, and across UK and Europe as required.
Holiday: 23 days per year plus bank holidays.
OTE/Bonus: Up to £120,000+ (Uncapped Commission so be above)

As Business Development Manager, you will drive Finecast Foundry’s commercial growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and securing long-term partnerships with existing and new customers. Working closely with the Managing Director and wider leadership team, you will secure new business and shape the long-term Commercial strategy of the Company.
You are an experienced business development or technical sales professional who understands complex engineered components and the needs of high-specification, regulated industries. You’ll be motivated by the opportunity to deliver ambitious business growth, product and market diversification.
