Qualifications

• Lead FP&A planning, reporting, forecasting, and insights for the Commercial organisation.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and long‑range planning cycles.
• Oversee monthly reporting, including variance analysis and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of two Senior Financial Analysts.
• Generate executive‑level insights for strategic decisions.
• Drive adoption of agentic AI tools to automate workflows.

Skills

Effective people leader with experience managing and developing FP&A analysts

Strong financial modelling skills and advanced proficiency in Excel

Skilled in analytics and automation tools, such as Power BI, SQL, R, Python

Excellent communication and storytelling abilities

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
