A leading independent catering company is seeking an Executive Chef Manager to oversee catering services in schools. The successful candidate will manage a team responsible for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring high-quality service and effective stock control. Applicants should have NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent, proven craft and management skills, and a passion for fresh food. This competitive role offers 40 hours per week on a term-time only basis.

We are looking for an Executive Chef Manager to lead one of our school catering teams. The position will be responsible for providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, managing the team, maintaining stock control, and planning menus.
The ideal candidate will have proven craft and management skills, a genuine passion for fresh food, and prior client liaison experience. Ideally qualified to NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary for working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week and on a term-time only basis.
