A leading global services company is looking for a Strategic Account Applications Engineer to provide advanced technical support for a strategic customer in Warrington. The role requires experience with complex digital environments and strong knowledge of HVAC systems. As part of a hybrid work model, the engineer will coordinate incident responses and ensure service continuity while collaborating with global support teams. This is a newly created role supporting a global strategic customer within the Connected Services Hub. You provide advanced technical support for a highly complex and bespoke digital environment. You act as a dedicated technical escalation point while remaining part of the wider CSH team.
The role supports a high value, business critical service contract with strict performance expectations.
