We are seeking an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our 3rd Line Service Operations team. The role involves working collaboratively with colleagues and clients in a dynamic LAN/WAN environment, delivering technical services within an ITIL framework and incorporating Agile change methodologies.

What sets you apart:

• Experience with Windows Server infrastructure at an enterprise level
• Experience with RedHat Linux OS and general Linux support skills
• Management and maintenance of VMWare virtualized environments
• Deployment and support of Hyper Converged Infrastructure
• Storage management with NetApp & Dell technologies
• Active Directory management in an on-premise environment
• Development of desktop builds with bespoke/legacy applications
• Application packaging and deployment skills
• Microsoft Exchange management from 2013 onwards
• Experience with MS SQL Server and SQL Database Clustering
• Veeam Backup technology expertise
• Ivanti Device & Application Control implementation experience
• Patch management skills, including analysis and deployment
• Strong communication and organizational skills, able to work independently and in teams
• ITIL ICT service delivery and SAFE Agile experience
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
• Stakeholder management and organizational skills
• Adaptability to new technologies and quick learning
• Experience in a business or safety-critical environment

• F5 Load Balancing technology
• CI/CD pipeline activities
• VMWare Horizon VDI solutions

• Work at a customer site in Huntingdon, UK, with travel as needed
