Job summary

A leading real estate services firm is seeking an F&B Manager UK&I in London. This role focuses on overseeing food service operations, managing catering needs for clients, and ensuring excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in hospitality management, strong vendor management skills, and expertise in budget planning and analytics. This position is based on-site and involves a regional responsibility for the UK and Ireland.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five to ten years in foodservice/hospitality management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
• Experience with performance metrics and dashboard reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Food Service operations including Third Party Service Contractors.
• Manage catering needs for designated Client business and/or events.
• Develop and manage Client relationships ensuring service level optimization.
