A leading international education provider is seeking a Student Experience Support Officer in Huddersfield. The role involves managing timetables, coordinating student attendance, and providing administrative support. Candidates should have great customer service skills, strong IT, communication, and organisational abilities. Experience in an educational setting is essential. Contract type: Full Time (37.5 hours) – Permanent
Location: Huddersfield, Huddersfield International Study Centre
Salary: up to £25,374 per annum
The International Study Centre needs an experienced and accomplished Student Experience Support Officer – Progression & Timetabling. The post holder will undertake a variety of tasks including timetabling, managing and coordinating student attendance, student administration support and providing support to the academic and SMT where necessary. This is a fast‑paced environment, and the successful applicant will have proven customer service skills, possess excellent IT, communication and organisational skills. The post holder will be working in an open plan office, so it is important they enjoy working as part of a team in an international environment.
