Qualifications

• Great customer service, communication skills, and a positive, outgoing personality.
• Honest, reliable, and responsible individual with a strong work ethic.
• Able to offer good availability on weekdays and weekends (including bank holidays).
• Able to complete a DBS Check.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high level of customer service at all times.
• Take customer food and beverage orders and process them efficiently.
• Answer phone and take bookings for parties.
• Assist in presenting and hosting children's birthday parties.
• Maintain safety standards for children in the play area.
• Help maintain hygiene and safety of catering operation.
