Playleader | Erith Leisure Centre

Are you an energetic, creative, and responsible individual passionate about providing safe and engaging activities for children? We are looking for a dedicated Play Leader to join our friendly team to create memorable and active experiences for our younger guests.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and deliver a wide range of fun, age-appropriate, and stimulating play activities and games for children
• Ensure the safety and welfare of all children participating in activities, strictly following all centre policies and safeguarding procedures.
• Supervise play areas, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure all equipment is well maintained and properly stored.
• Promote positive behaviour, encourage social interaction, and help children develop new skills and confidence through play.
• Engage with parents and guardians to provide feedback on their child\'s participation and to communicate upcoming activities.
• Assist with setting up and clearing away activity sessions and party equipment.
