As a Front Office Receptionist, we will support you to:

What do you need to be a Front Office Receptionist? Well, your main duties and responsibilities will be checking in and out our guests, dealing with any queries or complaints, welcoming our guests to the city and interacting with them to encourage them to join our loyalty program. • Availability to work 5 shifts per week (weekend availability is needed)
• Experience working as a Receptionist, Concierge or Guest Services Agent at a 4/5* Hotel is beneficial
• Confident working on Hotel systems, experience working with Opera specifically is a big plus
• Drive to produce results, we work together within the Kimpton family to continue to provide our guests with extremely personal experiences and human connection.
• A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service.
