Waking Night SupportWorker – Make Every Day Matter!

  • Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
  • Salary: £13.69 per hour (£26,627 per annum) plus benefits.
  • Hours: Up to 36 hours guaranteed – stability you can count on
  • Driving Licence: A valid driving licence is required (Manual, UK)
  • Visa Sponsorships: Not available

What You’ll Need
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Previous experience in a care/support setting
  • A valid manual UK driving licence
  • The legal right to live and work in the UK
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the people you will take care of while staying awake
  • Being vigilant at all times as anything can happen at any time while you are on shift.
  • Ensuring the people you will assist and their families are treated with respect, dignity, and equality
  • Building therapeutic relationships that truly make a difference
  • Keeping accurate support notes – every detail matters.
