Registered Manager to lead our children\'s residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and outcomes for young people.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of a children\'s residential home, ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding.
• Maintain compliance with the Children\’s Homes National Minimum Standards and The Children Act 2010.
• Support and develop staff to deliver high-quality services and outcomes for young people.
• Manage budgets, resources and performance to achieve service objectives.
• Build positive relationships with young people, families, social care professionals and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Management experience within young people\’s residential services.
• RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to commence within 3 months).
• Excellent working knowledge of Children\’s Homes National Minimum Standards & The Children Act 2010.
• Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and remain calm under pressure.
