Qualifications

• 5+ years’ hands-on ServiceNow experience driving platform growth and transformation.
• Experience leading ServiceNow teams or running a platform practice.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and enterprise module usage.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end ServiceNow platform strategy.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary ServiceNow team.
• Partner with business leaders to gather requirements and shape demand.

Skills

ServiceNow CSA (certified system administrator)

ITIL experience or ITIL Foundation

5+ years’ hands‑on ServiceNow experience

Experience leading ServiceNow teams

Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture

Experience in Agile methodologies
