A leading mutual life insurance office in Glasgow is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive multi-channel acquisition campaigns. The ideal candidate has performance marketing expertise and analytical skills to optimize marketing strategies. We are looking for a data‑driven and strategically minded Performance Marketing Manager to help drive the planning, optimisation, and reporting of multi‑channel acquisition campaigns.
You will work closely with our Affiliate Marketing Manager & PPC/Paid Media Manager to drive measurable growth, increase ROI, and scale our digital performance through continuous optimisation and testing.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has deep analytical capabilities, and is passionate about performance‑led marketing.
