Job description

Do you want to be a valued part of the critical infrastructure that serves communities across Europe and beyond? Are you looking for a position in which you can set direction and help shape our company? If so, you could be the newest addition to our team as a Performance Marketing Analytics Specialist.

Be part of the movement - and play your part.

About the role

This role owns the end-to-end delivery of digital analytics across web channels, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, clearly reported, and translated into actionable insight. Acting as the central point of expertise for GA4 and digital measurement, the role works closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to maintain robust tracking, develop meaningful reporting, and drive data-led optimisation of customer journeys and campaign performance.

Please note - this role will be a Fixed Term Contract

Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily web performance across all digital channels using GA4, ensuring tracking accuracy, consistency, and data quality
  • Validate and maintain tagging frameworks, troubleshoot tracking issues, and collaborate with developers and marketers to resolve issues quickly
  • Manage GA4 configuration including events, conversions, custom dimensions, audiences, and governance of UTM and campaign naming standards
  • Build, automate, and quality-assure Power BI dashboards and data models, translating complex data into clear, accessible insights
  • Analyse user behaviour, conversion funnels, and marketing performance to identify trends, optimisation opportunities, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders
About you

You’re an experienced digital analytics professional, comfortable owning web measurement from tracking through to insight and action. You bring strong hands-on experience with GA4, including event configuration, exploration reporting, and tagging validation, along with a solid understanding of tagging frameworks, UTM governance, and campaign tracking. You’re confident working with large datasets and maintaining data integrity across multiple sources.

You’re analytically strong, able to turn raw data into clear, actionable insight. You understand digital customer journeys, conversion funnels, and behavioural metrics, and have experience identifying optimisation opportunities and measuring test results. You’re familiar with attribution concepts and wider marketing performance measurement, with a commercially focused approach to analysis.

You’re a clear and confident communicator, able to present insights to senior stakeholders and translate technical analytics into plain language. Collaborative by nature, you work well with marketing, product, and development teams. Proactive and detail-oriented, you’re comfortable owning the digital analytics roadmap and are motivated by using data to continually improve digital performance.

We think the strongest teams are built on diversity and inclusivity. Contrasting opinions, varied skills and strong characters bring out the best in us all. And we cannot wait for you to join.
