Job summary

A leading mutual life insurance office in Glasgow is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive multi-channel acquisition campaigns. The ideal candidate has performance marketing expertise and analytical skills to optimize marketing strategies. You will manage relationships with affiliate partners, collaborate with other marketing teams, and ensure campaigns meet performance KPIs. This role supports a hybrid working model with a strong focus on personal development and well-being for employees.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a performance marketing or acquisition role.
  • Results driven with a proven track record in performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical tools experience, including GA4 and Looker.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with affiliate partners to achieve performance KPIs.
  • Collaborate with PPC & Paid Media Manager on campaign strategies.
  • Manage testing roadmaps to improve CPA and ROAS.
  • Analyse performance data and produce actionable insights.
