The Opportunity

As a key member of the Technical function, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that all customer specifications—for both new and existing products—are completed accurately, maintained to the highest standard, and delivered within strict timelines.

You’ll work cross‑functionally with Process Development, NPD, Purchasing, and suppliers to deliver Gold Standard specifications and ensure products meet compliance, nutritional, and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and completing customer specifications to an exceptional standard
• Maintaining and updating existing specs through a structured review programme
• Reviewing supplier specifications (raw materials & packaging) and challenging content where needed
• Translating recipes and supplier information into customer formats
• Interpreting nutritional data and running calculations against specific criteria
• Generating and checking pack copy specifications
