Job description

Warners Group Publications plc is a long-standing family‑run business with a mission to inform, entertain and inspire our communities by providing trusted quality products and content.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager specialising in email and social media marketing. You will lead the creation, execution, and optimisation of campaigns across both channels, from creative concept to performance analysis. Your goal: reach the right audience with the right message, drive engagement, and deliver measurable results.

You will be the strategic link between creative ideas and data‑driven execution: crafting compelling campaigns that inspire and entertain, analysing performance, refining targeting, and ensuring each marketing effort aligns with our overall brand objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan, create and execute creative email marketing campaigns — from regular newsletters to automated customer journeys.
  • Develop and manage social media marketing using both organic and paid posts on platforms relevant to our brands, mainly Meta.
  • Use data and analytics tools to track campaign performance — generate reports, draw insights, and refine campaigns accordingly.
  • Segment audiences and tailor messaging to different customer groups to optimise relevance and impact.
  • Collaborate across teams (design, content, sales) to ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity across channels.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, email marketing best practices, and emerging digital marketing tools/technologies.
Required skills & qualifications
  • Proven experience in digital marketing — specifically email marketing and social media marketing.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and draw actionable insights.
  • Creative flair! Be able to craft both email and social media campaigns to inspire and entertain our audiences.

The successful candidate will be based in our office in Bourne, Lincolnshire, and will be working in one of the most exciting areas in the Warners portfolio.

In return we offer an attractive salary, a company pension and life assurance scheme, ongoing training and development, and a real career path.
