A digital learning solutions provider is seeking a Consultative Sales Executive in Coventry to grow new business through a consultative, relationship-driven approach. The role involves managing inbound enquiries and proactively generating new leads while achieving quarterly performance targets. Candidates should have proven B2B sales experience and excellent communication skills, along with a strong desire to build long-term partnerships. This position offers a base salary of £28k with an OTE of £38k plus other benefits.

We are looking for a consultative and commercially driven Consultative Sales Executive to grow new business and build strong relationships with organisations exploring digital learning solutions. This role is focused on understanding client challenges, recommending the right Skillshub solutions, and converting interest into long term partnerships. You will work primarily with warm leads generated through website activity and inbound enquiries, while also proactively promoting Skillshub through outreach and LinkedIn engagement to generate additional opportunities. You will be targeted on new business performance on a quarterly basis and will manage the full sales journey from initial conversation through to close.
