Customer Services Co‑ordinator

Location: Kettering, England, United Kingdom. Full‑time, entry level. Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5pm (office based). Competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

Overview

We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team. If you're self‑motivated, highly organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Process all sales orders, ensuring complete and accurate customer information is collected and documented.
  • Manage post‑sale order tracking, stock monitoring, and project allocation for delivery.
  • Coordinate with Dispatch, Purchasing, and other departments to ensure timely and complete project fulfilment.
  • Ensure all customer delivery schedules are met efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and warmly.
  • Maintain and improve internal customer service processes.
  • Process extras, spare parts, and quick orders promptly to meet lead times.
  • Investigate and respond to customer queries and complaints, ensuring thorough resolution.
  • Maintain weekly reporting on customer service KPIs.
  • Support additional business operations as required.
