The responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include providing high levels of service to our clients customers. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and pro‑active in the role, whilst dealing with customer enquiries promptly via phone or email and be able to manage and prioritise workloads effectively.
Our company operates on a two-shift basis (on‑site) which rotates weekly, to ensure the best service for our customers.
Week 1: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:30 and Week 2: Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 17:30. Every Friday 08:00 to 16:30
