A leading holiday home provider in Bideford seeks a Customer Service Advisor to support guests and property owners by phone and email. You will help create memorable holiday experiences by providing guidance, reassurance, and quick resolutions to customer queries. This role offers comprehensive training, a friendly team environment, and a range of employee benefits including 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time
Work pattern: 5 days per week, Monday to Sunday
Shifts:7.5 hours
Total weekly hours: 37.5
Rota: Provided one month in advance

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly voice on the phone and the reassuring message in someone's inbox. You will support our guests and property owners across the UK, answering booking queries, sharing stay information, offering guidance and resolving issues quickly and kindly. Your focus will be to create a smooth and positive experience for every customer.
