A leading service company is seeking a Call Handling Advisor to join their office in Basingstoke. In this role, you will handle service calls, raise work orders, and manage communication with internal and external customers. Ideal candidates will have excellent telephone manners, strong IT skills, and attention to detail. This position requires CTC Clearance and is strictly office-based, offering a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week from Monday to Friday.

Job description

We're looking for a Call Handling Advisor to join our Ministry of Justice and Home Office Contract Administration Team based in Basingstoke.

Location: Centenary House, Basingstoke - remote working notavailable, this role is office based. Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.

Whatwill you be responsible for?

As a Call Handling Advisor, you'll be working within the Ministry of Justice and Home Office Contract Administration Teaminguished operating and office-based colleagues in delivering efficient service delivery.

Your day to day will include:

  • Communicating with internal and external customers for the capture, recording and distribution of service calls onto the CAFM system
  • Raising new work orders for Contract Managers
  • Raising reactive work orders for Kier engineers
  • Monitoring the Ministry of Justice and Home Office inboxes
  • Ordering engineer uniforms

  • You have an excellent telephone manner with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • You have proven IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook
