Purpose of the Role

Working in a small team, based in our head office, your primary responsibility will be to assist with the smooth running of the day‑to‑day requirements in the Customer Service department. Utilising your customer service skills to ensure that customers, franchisees and lawn managers have a positive experience when they contact us, ensuring a premium service. Ensure that Company process is followed correctly and maintaining high levels of communication with the administrative team and working collaboratively with all stakeholders. This is a varied, fast‑paced role, where working together to ensure targets are met is a core part of the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and support a network of corporate branches.
  • Provide daily telephone support to Lawn Managers.
  • Liaise with suppliers/franchisees/customers both written and verbally.
  • Provide appropriate support to the franchise network as required.
  • Handle process and track incoming orders alongside suppliers and franchisees as required.
  • Deal with existing customers and direct their calls appropriately.
  • Take, record, and distribute accurately new enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Reschedule missed work.
  • Maximise sales opportunities by regular customer communication, both written and verbal.
  • Minimise overdue and outstanding invoices.
  • Report progress of corporate branches.
  • Any other reasonable duty that falls within your capabilities.

  • Proven track record of customer service.
  • IT literate (Microsoft Office).
