Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and manage orders through the supply chain.
• Build and maintain rapport with customers and manage their expectations.
• Process customer orders and analyze forecasts for stock replenishment.
• Co-ordinate artwork preparation and manage customer complaints.
• Collaborate for continuous improvement in service offerings.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel

Meticulous attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to effectively manage workload

Experience with Integrated Business Systems

Education

Educated to A level standard or equivalent experience
